Your appointments are very important to us and we understand that sometimes schedules changes are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice,

we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.

- We require a 50% deposit when booking to secure your session time

- Deposits can be used to rebook within 6 months.

- Sessions must be paid for in full 24 hours before session time commences.

- Extra time $350 per hour

- Inclusive of GST
